Returns

If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your online purchase, please return the unused item(s) in complete and original packaging by post within 14 days of receipt. The shipping costs for returning the items are for your own account. To return an item please use the return form. The return form is attached to your package. Return conditions
All items are checked upon receipt. Articles that are damaged, worn, or in unacceptable condition, are not accepted. In these cases your return will not taken into consideration and the package will be returned to you. The return period is 14 days after receipt. When you return the article after 14 days, we are forced to send the package back to you. When exceptions or comments concerns the return conditions (upon receipt or return) you will need to contact info@amsterdamring.nl to avoid disappointment.

Your return is always at your own risk. This means that Amsterdam ring is not liable for damage or loss of returned items. Therefore, always send your return with a traceable method where you have a Track & Trace code. With a Track & Trace code you can check where your return is located.

Refund
Amsterdam ring will process your returned item after receiving it. When you fulfill the return conditions, we will refund the invoice amount within 7 days. This does not apply to custom made products. Amsterdam ring uses the same method of payment that the consumer used to refund, unless the consumer consents to another method. The repayment is free of charge for the consumer.
